The main level features an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living space designed for gathering together comfortably. The dining table seats six, with additional seating for four at the kitchen island.
The kitchen is fully stocked for preparing meals at home, whether you’re cooking fresh local seafood or enjoying a casual breakfast before heading to the beach.
The spacious living room offers plush seating, internet-connected TVs, and an electric fireplace that adds a cozy touch after sunset.

To help keep Bay Dayz beautiful and enjoyable for all guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following:
* No smoking or vaping inside the home
* No parties, events, or large gatherings
* Registered guests only — no unauthorized visitors
* Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM in accordance with Jamaica Beach city ordinances and are enforced by the Jamaica Beach Police Department
* No diving in the pool
* Children must be supervised at all times around the pool, canal, and outdoor decks
