* Cabinets are filled with plenty of glassware and plates for your entire group. Drawers are filled with eating utensils and kitchen utensils to help you prepare any meal. Kitchen has microwave, dishwasher, range/oven, refrigerator, counter-top ice maker, and lots of pots and pans including large shrimp boil pot. 
* Coffee bar is set up with combination drip/Keurig coffee maker and creamers and sweeteners. We provide Keurig coffee pods for our guests. 
* Cleaning supplies in the laundry room along with Bona mop, broom, vacuum, and step ladder. 

* Master Suite w/ King Bed on Second Level with Walk-In Closet attached to HUGE Bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower.


FIRST LEVEL - GAME ROOM & BEDROOMS

* Game Room with Foosball Table and Sleeper Sofa with Smart TV
* Two Queen Suites with closets and Smart TVs.
* One Bunk Room with Two Bunk Beds (sleeps 4) and closet.

Dogs are welcome. More than one must be approved by the host. $150 pet fee per animal.

A house manual is provided on site with information about Internet and the house. We will also be mailing check-in and check-out instructions and our guest liaison is available for questions or concerns after you arrival. 

**IMPORTANT !!! PLEASE NOTE: TRIP INSURANCE is highly recommended during Hurricane season (July 1 - Nov. 1). NATIONWIDE Mutual Insurance trip insurance is available at a cost of 7% x your trip cost. The refund policy for Twin Palms Paradise is Firm INCLUDING natural disasters. If a hurricane hits, and your reservation has to be cancelled, we WILL NOT REFUND unless you purchased trip insurance. Trip insurance can be purchased directly from me -- the policy is issued by NATIONWIDE Mutual Insurance Companies and Affiliated Companies, Columbus Ohio.
