Pam and her husband fell in love with Galveston many years ago. After numerous family vacations, girls’ trips, and weekend getaways with their daughters, Pam decided to invest in their favorite hidden gem Galveston, Texas, and St. Gemma Properties was born. With over 16 years of experience in vacation rental ownership, St. Gemma Properties boasts the expertise and longevity for a successful vacation rental experience.

Pam and her family welcome you to Galveston and hope that you enjoy the beach, local eateries, shops, and attractions as much as they do.

Holly Carson

Operations Director

Holly is the dedicated Operations Director at St. Gemma Properties. With 15 years of experience running her own housekeeping company, she brings a personal touch to every guest interaction. Married for 14 years, she is a proud mom to one son and finds joy in art, wine, and home decor. A Le Cordon Bleu graduate from Minnesota, Holly has called the island home for the past six years. She's also an accomplished chef, adding a flavorful twist to her diverse talents.

Heather Fogle

Revenue Manager

Heather Fogle brings a strategic edge to St. Gemma Properties as our Revenue Manager and RevMax expert. With a sharp eye for market trends and pricing optimization, Heather plays a key role in maximizing revenue and occupancy across our property portfolio. Her data-driven approach and deep understanding of short-term rental dynamics help drive performance and profitability, ensuring each property meets its full potential. Heather’s expertise and dedication make her an essential part of the St. Gemma team. Heather and her husband enjoy cruises from Galveston and Florida.

Alex Klinedinst

Marketing Director

A native Texan, Alex has a passion for small business and works with St. Gemma Properties on a contract basis to ensure that all of their properties are actively promoted to achieve their highest potential. She founded her own marketing firm in 2018, Bluebird Creative, to support small business--especially Texas-based small businesses and enjoys providing marketing direction and oversight for the St. Gemma brand.

Whitney Puma

Marketing Coordinator

Working closely with Alex and Taylor, Whitney ensures every St. Gemma Property is photographed beautifully and that each digital touchpoint you experience with the St. Gemma brand is nothing short of perfection. Whitney is the current Client Relationship Manager at Bluebird Creative Company and enjoys trips to Galveston.

Taylor Bryant

Social Media Manager

Taylor is our social media guru, ensuring every social media content you see from St. Gemma properties is on-brand and on-point. She is the current Digital and Social Media Manager at Bluebird Creative and loves all things country music, Tex-Mex and margaritas.
